🌲 SYLVOTHERAPY (FOREST THERAPY) 🌲
Slow down. Breathe. Reconnect.
Sylvotherapy, also known as Forest Therapy, is a gentle, guided practice of slowing down and reconnecting with nature to restore balance in both mind and body.
Through a mindful walk in the forest, we move slowly and with intention, engaging each of our senses — sight, sound, touch, scent, and breath — one at a time. This sensory awareness allows the nervous system to soften, the mind to quiet, and the body to return to a natural state of ease.
🌿 Forest Therapy has been shown to support:
• Lower anxiety and chronic stress
• Improved mood and symptoms of depression
• Reduced blood pressure
• Calming and regulation of the nervous system
• Improved focus and emotional regulation (including ADHD)
• A deeper sense of grounding, clarity, and presence
This is not a hike and not talk therapy — there is no destination and no pressure. It is a slow, restorative experience guided with care, intention, and respect for the forest.
