Dragonfly Whispers and Healing

Dragonfly Whispers and Healing Over the last few years I have been delving into The tools and processes of Access Consciousness which I have found to be transformational!

I now am a practitioner of Access Bars and The Access Face Lift, Body Processes and Symphony of Possibility sessions. And I am now qualified to facilitate the Bars and body process classes! The Access Consciousness clearings, body processes and The Bars are the the most powerful, yet fun tools I have ever used in my 30 year practice.

Reduce Lights at Night to Help Migrating Birds
Every spring and fall, billions of birds migrate through North America, mostly under the cover of darkness.
Unfortunately, they face an increasing threat: unnatural, man-made light.
Light attracts and disorients migrating birds, making them vulnerable to collisions with buildings.
The solution is as simple as flipping the switch.
Turning off lights dramatically reduces hazards and allows birds to safely proceed with their migratory journeys.
There are growing international "Lights Out" efforts already underway.
Lights Out does more than save birds; it saves energy and money!
The US Environmental Protection Agency highlights energy as the largest operating expense for commercial buildings.
Fall migration is underway now through December.
Here are some ways you can keep the skies darker at night and help birds stay out of harm’s way:
Turn off non-essential lights from 11 PM until 6 AM during critical migration periods.
Turn off or dim lobby and atrium lights.
Turn off or dim interior home lighting or draw blinds to prevent light escaping.
Turn off decorative landscape lighting.
Turn off lights before leaving the home or office.
Be sure outside lights are aimed down and well shielded.
Install motion sensors on outside lights to minimize use.
Thank you!!!
The birds will be grateful!❤️

I am loving what I am seeing show up for people in these sessions.
There was a time when I first came across frequency technologies with a naturopathic doctor I was seeing and after my original scepticism I was amazed at the effectiveness and non invasive nature that worked so well for me and my super sensitive body.

The technologies that I experienced in the 80's have come a long ways and been so refined. And although it really seems on first appearance to be using something outside ourselves, it actually derives it's information from our bodies and systems and then runs the frequencies that we require to bring balance into our systems.

Sessions for the rest of this month are $44 a session and packages of 2 are $88 or 4 for $176.
It's a wonderful addition to nurture our entire system.

From Frankie Townsend who went through the Fort Mac wildfires here are some tips for anyone who has experienced a fire that blazed their town.

"From someone (Frankie) who lived in Ft McMurray during the Beast of 2016 - I’m so sorry for your losses. Very, very difficult. Here are some thoughts that might be helpful at some point……
-this is an emotional process. Give yourself room to cry, get upset, feel overwhelmed, receive support, get counselling, tell the story over and over. It’s intense and will be extremely intense for the whole town for the first year
-definitely say yes to everything that is offered- places to stay, food, clothing. It’s humbling and heartening to experience good will.
-it’s very hard not knowing- not knowing what is happening every minute with the fire, not knowing the exact damages, not knowing when you can get back into Jasper, not knowing what’s next and when. Communication comes in bits and pieces, and from all directions and none at times. Limbo is rough.
-it will take 4-5 years for everything to be rebuilt. The first rebuilds were at least 1 year.
-be ready to go through multiple insurance adjusters. If you’re lucky you’ll get a sympathetic and capable one right away. But highly likely you’ll have to repeatedly call them, argue (nicely) with them, negotiate, ask for a new adjuster or just not hear from them for months and get assigned a new one anyway. Keep copies of all communications.
-insurance adjusters will be assigned very quickly to you. If your place is gone, you can start the process of listing contents right away. There was another excellent post about how to do this. There were complaints of different payouts. Just be honest and persistent.
-people who’ve had their places burned to the ground have it the hardest emotionally. It’s a very tough loss. But people whose structures are “fine” but next to the burn areas will have a lot of damage that needs repairing - window seals that have been heat impacted, roofing tiles and insulation needing replacing. These drag out and need a lot of negotiating with insurance. They may also lose all or many of their interior items from smoke damage. This can have a huge emotional impact. In worst cases you’ll wish it had just burnt down- easier to start over with some structures.
- the kids will be okay if you’re okay. But everyone will carry some trauma. It’s worth understanding trauma as you go through these next months - it’s the knee jerk reaction you’ll have to certain situations. Even just the experience of an emergency evacuation can be traumatic.
- There is an “after” to all this. That’s hard to hear or believe in the middle of loss. But new houses and hotels will be built-a lot of work- but they will look good and will still be Jasper and will make Jasper even better. The scorched trees will be hard to look at for the first few years. But in Ft McMurray now, 8 years later, there is so much green and natural growth - it’s astounding. Nature will get busy right away growing things.
-there will be a lot of disaster people coming in from all over the place - adjusters, restoration people, rug cleaners, builders. Hard to know who is reliable.
- if your place wasn’t majorly impacted and insurance will pay for cleaning, you can get them to pay out to you on that and do the cleaning yourself or hire people to clean. It’s all cleanable. You’ll see lots of talk of how toxic the ash is, but ultimately it all just gets cleaned. Put on gloves and wash carefully.
- be careful of your relationships. Don’t let the stress get to you all
-it was surprising how many people didn’t come back after the fire.
-it was a over a month before we were allowed back into Ft M to see our houses. Evacuation is usually a several week process. The fire usually isn’t instantly over - it takes time to ensure the area is safe. They need time to take care of it, and people just get in the way. They also had to make sure there was infrastructure for returnees: stores with food, functioning electricity, potable water, functioning hospital. If everything ground to a halt and was turned off (eg gas through the town) it can take time to get it functioning again.
-if your electricity was off for an extended period of time in an otherwise fine house, you’ll likely need a new fridge/freezer. Possibly a new washing machine if you had a load in (mildew). There will be a lot of dumpsters and dead appliances on the sidewalks for awhile.
-the faster you get started the faster it gets done
- you’ll get tired of the word “resilient”
-take days off, get away, take a break from the stress, take a break from the news
-there will be times when you’re not okay, and that’s okay too. That might be now and/or might be later. There will be times where it feels like it will never be over. It’s a lengthy process.
-there are a wide range of experiences and reactions. Some people will lose everything, some nothing. Some will want to talk a lot, some will not want to hear anything more about it. It’s worthwhile allowing everyone their experience and responses.
-Ultimately, you will be okay. Everyone will be okay. The artists will make art, the story tellers will write stories, the photographers will gather photos, the cleaners will clean, builders will build, new things will be gathered, new homes created, new memories and mementos made, nature will instantly pop up flowers amongst the char. You will be okay.

This year I received a new tool for sessions. A Healy Resonance.
It analyzes the energy field, chakras, aura, meridians, and so much more and then sends the frequences the body, mind and spirit require to create more harmony. Homeopathics, flower and gem essences, substances are just some of the frequences it runs.

I'm loving uses this in my sessions and tend to use it intuitively rather than a specific formula.

Your welcome to come play!

Thank you Ancient Forest Alliance for sharing this video of the largest spruce in the Carmanah valley.
I remember when so many gathered together to stop this land from being logged in the 90's. And here we have this ancient forest still living and breathing, sequestering carbon and is an entire ecostystem that is home to so many rare and precious creatures and plants. Our voices matter.

Conservationists with the Ancient Forest Alliance have located, climbed, and measured the largest spruce tree in the famed Carmanah Valley. The near-record-s...

Several months ago I received a Healy Resonance device. It has been so much fun using this new potent tool with clients and friends and on myself too.
It will analyze what is required whether it is particular energies or flower essences, homeopathics, chakra balancing... and send the required frequencies.
Sessions can be either in person or at a distance.
Until the end of May you can experience the sessions for $25.00.

After following Leonie Dawson for years and purchasing her life and workbooks over the years,
I finally took a plunge this year and dove into her Brilliant Biz and Life Academy and I adore the course content!
There is everything from creating on-line courses, (and frankly Leonie is the queen of these) money and streams of income, finishing your book, marketing, sales and so much more.
And my favourite part is they are made for, in my opinion, the creative brain. Hurrah!

I have tried many other business and marketing courses but find they are way too linear and I am not a particularly linear thinker. They left me frustrated at my failure to use their systems or even understand their complicated ways.
The academy is filled with colourful, creative, fun worksheets and videos by Leonie, who is frankly hilarious, vulnerable and real and is the living example of how well this stuff works!

I am so grateful that I took a chance. I had already taken her Finish your Book in 40 Days a while back and I wrote 2 children’s stories and 2 adult short stories in those 40 days.

I have finally been able to release everywhere I had made myself wrong for not getting the more linear form of business, marketing and creating.

Thank you Leonie and your wonderful, colourful, hilarious and brilliant way at looking at the world and business.
