About Zoë and MHH

Hi, I’m Zoë and I established Mountain Heights Healing in 2014 having practiced energy healing for over 20 years. I am certified as a practitioner in Sound Healing Therapy, Indian Head Massage and Crystal Therapy, am a House Healer and a Reiki Master / Teacher. I also teach Reiki and Intuitive courses and workshops out of my healing space in Sooke and Indian Head Massage through the International College of Energy Healing. I believe there are many ways of healing but it is in our own hands. No-one can heal us, we heal ourselves, with other's help, and I love nothing more than helping others on their own personal healing journeys. As an holistic practitioner, I provide heart-centered treatments that heal your mind, body and spirit. Every modality I use is different but each one consists of a deep state of peace and relaxation during the treatment and healing benefits during and afterwards. Whichever modality you choose I include an element of one, or more, of the others when needed, which enhances the healing benefit and provides an intuitively individualized treatment. As a psychic and Medium, I connect with each client personally. I do this energetically using divination tools such as Oracle Cards, Pendulums and Psychometry. I also use mediumship to communicate with your loved ones in spirit, your spirit guides and my own spirit guide team. This results in guidance, affirmation and assurance. We currently have 3 committees, Human Resources that works on our policies and recruitment, Selection committee that helps select those being sponsored, and Fundraising and Grants to increase our ability to give back. We meet monthly and there may be projects we meet on to achieve our goals

Clients, Students and Friends,

It is with a torn heart that I have to announce that I am moving. This is the house I’ve lived the longest in my whole life! I love this place with all my heart, but we as a family need to move closer to Victoria for the next stage of our lives.

A part of my heart will stay In Sooke, with the amazing tribes of clients, students, and friends I have been so fortunate to have, and intend to still have, in my life.

Please bear with me through this transition time. I will still be working out of Sooke for the meantime but on a more part-time basis.

UPDATE Thank you all. Miss Molly will be crossing the rainbow bridge this afternoon ❤️

A little ask on behalf of our beloved Miss Molly. She is in a bad way and I feel she is close to crossing the rainbow bridge either alone, or assisted.

I know how many of you have given Reiki to her, and let’s be honest, had Reiki stolen from her too!!

If you feel drawn to do so, please send calm, love, pain relief, and support to her higher self at this difficult time, via Reiki or intention.
