It’s never too late to start learning something new.

This is me at 54—overcoming a fear and doing my first teddy bear headstand 🐻✨

A big thank you to Alex MacInnis and the incredible team for making this experience so fun, supportive, and just the right amount of wild.

A small step that felt like a giant leap—leaving me both humbled and quietly empowered 💫
Now… onward to getting better from here and (eventually!) a full handstand 🙃

Welcome Christine!!!

We are thrilled to introduce you to our newest member of the team, Christine Breuninger. Registered acupuncturist & holistic nutritionist.

Originally from Germany, she recently moved from British Columbia to make Ottawa her new home.

Christine was a visual effects artist in feature films (like Star Wars!!!) until her own health journey led her to the healing powers & wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture.

Christine’s areas of interest include Physical Pain with Emotional Layers, Musculoskeletal Conditions, Cancer, Menopausal Symptoms, and Grief & Life Transitions.

We are so happy to have her join our team! She works Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays & offers services in German & English. You can call, text, email or book online with Christine through the link in our bio.

Vancouver Island has given me community, beauty, and so much growth — but my heart keeps whispering art galleries, museums, new streets, new stories… and a fresh adventure. 🎨🖼️🌆

So I’m following that nudge, trusting curiosity, and letting myself grow in a new place. Because this is genuinely me. 💛
