Since graduating from the West Coast Colledge of Massage Therapy in 2007, I have been learning and enhancing my skills. I am well practiced at Sports/deep tissue massage, myofascial release therapy, pre/post natal, and many other modalities. I live an active, healthy lifestyle, spending my days off surfing, hiking, mountain biking, paddleboarding, yoga, and anything else that gets me out and keeps me happy!
