Well, it's time! Everything must come to an end. I'm torn, as I love what I do, though it's time to retire! As of February 28th, 2025 I will close my office. I thank everyone who supported my business while I worked to support you over the past 30 years! It's time for me to have more unscheduled time. I'll still be around and hope to see you in and around the community. There are two lovely younger women in Sooke taking the Reflexology training. I will be introducing them to you shortly! Best wishes to you all.

Wow, look at us go!! This is the first year we have done this event and the Sooke Region Communities Health Network - SRCHN is in 8th place across Canada for fundrasing, so far, for the Sooke Gathering Place! I hope we can keep up the momentum and that people will be out in force to walk and enjoy the day!! Thank you all!
