You know that feeling when something finally lands?

The insight clicks. The pattern becomes obvious. The breakthrough feels real. For a moment, your whole system exhales because you can see it now.

And then life happens.

The old reaction comes back. The boundary gets softened. The money lands and your body starts scanning for the next gap. The same loop walks back in wearing a slightly different outfit.

That is the part no one talks about enough.

A breakthrough can show you what is possible, but it does not always give your body the capacity to live there.

And if you are highly self-aware, this can feel so damn frustrating because you are not new to the work. You have done the healing. You have learned the language. You can track the pattern in real time. You can explain exactly where it came from.
But explaining the pattern is not the same as ending it.

Sometimes the real work is not another massive moment of clarity. Sometimes the real work is learning how to hold what already opened.

To let money feel normal.
To let visibility feel safe.
To let your voice land without rehearsing it later.
To let your nervous system stop treating expansion like a threat.

POV: you finally stopped calling self-abandonment “being nice.”

Because there comes a point where you realize you were not being easygoing. You were managing the room. You were softening the truth before anyone even reacted. You were making your needs smaller so no one else had to feel uncomfortable.

And of course your body is tired.

It has been carrying the cost of every moment you smiled when you meant no, every time you explained yourself into exhaustion, every time you chose “peace” but abandoned your own damn self to get it.

This is the shift.

You stop babysitting the version of you that learned love meant being low-maintenance. You stop protecting the people who benefit from your over-functioning. You stop making your clarity negotiable.

And no, this does not mean you become harsh, cold, or unkind.

It means your kindness finally includes you.

I’m looking for more volunteers around the world for something that feels very close to my heart. 🖤

The Between Worlds Pay It Forward campaign is about letting this book move the way love moves, from one set of hands to the next, across cities, countries, little free libraries, coffee shops, waiting rooms, healing spaces, retreat centers, airports, and wherever else the field says, “Yes, there.”

Here’s how it works: I will personally sign each copy, number it, and write a channeled message inside that comes through specifically for that copy. Then, the volunteer carrier will place the book somewhere it can be found, or pass it directly to someone they know in their bones is meant to receive it.

The idea is simple. The book finds the next person, and then that person passes it forward.

Because sovereignty, like love, is not meant to sit still.

Full instructions will be tucked inside the book so whoever finds it knows what to do next. They will be invited to read it, receive what is meant for them, log where it landed, and then pass it forward to the next set of hands.

This is how we let Between Worlds travel. This is how we let the unseen have a little fun. This is how we let the right people find the right words at the right time.

Sometimes the timing that feels wrong is actually the exact opening the work needed. 🖤

Months ago, I probably would have been the person thinking, Where are the emails? Why is this late? Why is this not moving the way I planned? And because I had been meeting and pre-writing every month, I likely would have chosen a completely different topic.

Then I had one of those moments where the whole thing clicked.

Life is not happening to me. It is happening for me.

The delay, the timing, the irritation, the part where I could have spun into frustration, all of it was actually part of the orchestration. Because if it had gone the way I thought it should go, I would not have written what wanted to come through.

And that has been such a big part of Between Worlds too.

Following the nudge even when you do not want to. Following it when you are kicking and screaming. Following it when old patterns start talking.

Following it when the hamsters in your brain are not just running the wheel, but apparently multiplying and holding a full committee meeting 😂

Because yes, even coming up to the launch, there have been interesting energies, old stories, old responses, and little internal voices trying to pull focus. The difference now is that I can hear them without handing them the wheel.

That is sovereignty in real time.

Not never having the thoughts. Not never wobbling. Not floating through life in some perfectly serene mystical cloud.

It is noticing what is moving through your field and choosing who gets to steer.

And sometimes the thing that looks late, inconvenient, annoying, or imperfect is actually the divine orchestrator rearranging the room so the right thing can come through.

I am learning, again and again, to trust the nudge.

Even when the hamsters are loud. 🖤

I feel like I am living this part most days, but lately, a little more.
🖤
“I am the predominant creator here. I only choose what honors my free will to interact with me.”

That line from Between Worlds feels extra alive right now.

Because writing this book was not a clean, polished, easy little process where I sat down and the words poured out perfectly like some mystical author fantasy.

Nope.

There were moments I struggled. Moments I questioned it. Moments I had to call my energy home, ground myself, and remember that this book was not asking me to perform. It was asking me to tell the truth.

And now, seeing it in people’s hands feels wildly emotional.

I have watched this book move from a private field, to pages, to print, to your homes, your altars, your coffee tables, your beach bags, your living rooms, your lives.

Today I am travelling to meet family, and I am sooooooooo excited to see them with the book and hear what they have to say. There is something about the people who know you beyond the work, beyond the launch, beyond the public version, holding the physical book in their hands that just hits differently.

And this is why I included the resources and bonus area too. Because, of course, I could not just write a book. 😂

Opening this book for the first time felt like holding something that lived in my spirit long before it ever became pages.
