📌spine tall, chest-up, abs tight, 👀forward

📌Scale from 1-10 (10=💯) 3-4
📌Slow and progressive range of motion
📌never to pain (🛑if any)
✅Program
📌Every other day
📌Head pullbacks with band or towel 6-8 reps / 3 sets
