Strength In Motion Online Group Class ��Week 2 of 4�We progress.�Same moves, different numbers game�📆1️⃣ Week 1 - Each exercise 40 seconds - 30 minutes straight, no break, okay, we had a quick drink of water and somewhere at the 18 minute mark we took a breather 🥵🤪. No weights, just our bodies and continue circuit motion. �🙌🏻👊🏻�TUESDAY 12:10 pacific - Zoomroom �📆2️⃣ Week 2 - Each exercise 40 seconds - 10 second break - 30 minutes straight, and we LOAD it up my friends.
