Aroma Reiki, Yoga & Wellness Like yoga and many holistic modalities, essential oils have been used for thousands of years to heal Hello!

My name is Amanda Keeley, I am a certified yoga instructor and reiki master. I teach meditation, lead sound healing sessions and educate to share knowledge about all things health and wellness. Over the last couple years I began using essential oils as part of my personal regime and incorporating them into my various practices. I have seen and felt the amazing benefits for myself and for others. T

he experiences have been positive and life changing from boosting immunity, mood & memory to relieving anxiety or tense muscles, aiding in relief of stress & insomnia as well as reducing inflammation in the body. ITS ALL HAPPENING!!! Woohoo! This is my level of excitement today 😂 It’s DAY 1 of filming our music video for our debut single “White Light”!! Even Marley (our fur baby) is feeling it!! 🤍💛🤍

Can’t wait to share this with all of you! Stay tuned for pics and video of sneak peeks into our filming experience and we’ll keep you posted on the release of the finished product! 🤍🎶🤍

Over the course of the last 12 months we have been working on recording original music and our first official single titled “White Light” is now soon to be released!
The last little while has been challenging for us all and I hope this song reaches you with all the love, light and healing energy it was written and performed with to be sent your way. 🤍✨🤍✨🤍
White Light has been chosen by the “Women Of Substance Podcast” to be aired as part of their show “Music With A Conscience” on Wednesday, October 19th, so we have made this our official release date where you will be able to stream this song on all your favourite platforms!
