Walking the Glen in Wildheart reclamation. This tract of land is a literal connection to my ancestors; four generations of Lee family walked this land. I stepped into their steps to sit in contemplation.

This retreat has gone incredibly deep, in profoundly beautiful ways. As ever, I am amazed and awed by each participant's personal work and alchemy in motion. I love offering these transformative circles, they are magic in motion.

And the land restores soul as we all return to our essence... And we still have magic to go!!

An info night to share about experiential group therapy, I will share about my approach and answer any questions you might have. There are online and in-person cycles starting in September. Info night is Wednesday July 30th at 7:30 pm

An immersive experience weekend retreat coming the end of September, hosted at the fabulous Lakehouse Moments at Francis Lake - a lux getaway spot, going to be filled with rich, heart-centred discovery and refreshment of soul.
