An info night to share about experiential group therapy, I will share about my approach and answer any questions you might have. There are online and in-person cycles starting in September. Info night is Wednesday July 30th at 7:30 pm

An immersive experience weekend retreat coming the end of September, hosted at the fabulous Lakehouse Moments at Francis Lake - a lux getaway spot, going to be filled with rich, heart-centred discovery and refreshment of soul.

I have (re)discovered an inspiration in my life. Transparent coloured sticky tabs.

I have since 2020 been wandering a barren reading wasteland. Where I used to read several books a month, I have dwindled down to a small handful a year. Yes, there has been a bit of frenetic life these last five years, with lots of upheaval - however, there is *always* time to read... I have simply been reading mindless social media instead of tomes and treasures. Until I remembered and purchased transparent book tabs.

Changed the game, yo.

I am delightfully back to reading several books a month and experiencing the buoyant lift to my soul as I do. Even read a fiction book, something I haven't done in years and years.

Why am I writing about something so entirely mundane? I'm reanimated in my spirit where I have been bereft for years. This is soul nurture. And I figured maybe this might inspire someone who has found reading challenging. Having a red pen to underline sentences that speak to you and then tabbing them really does make reading an adventurous pursuit.

For real.
