Hi, I’m Dr. Andrea, I was inspired to become a Naturopathic Doctor because I wanted to make a difference. Through my own health struggles and those of my family and friends, I saw the lack of understanding of ‘health’ in our healthcare system. I was always passionate about treating children because I understood the importance of good health at an early age, but I also realized a child's health is directly related to the health of their mother and a family will not thrive if the mother is not thriving.
I have therefore made it my mission to help high achieving, overwhelmed mothers who know their health struggles are related to their chronic stress, go from pushing through exhaustion to re-connecting with their bodies again, restoring sustainable energy by addressing the root cause (s) so they can show up for their families and communities in the way they know they can.

I have an insatiable thirst for knowledge and I find all aspects of health from the cellular level to the spiritual level incredibly humbling. I strongly believe that the body has an innate intelligence, and when we identify and remove obstacles to healing, provide the foundational supports for good health, strengthen weakened systems and correct structural changes we restore the body’s ability to heal itself.

I use a combination of conventional labs and functional medicine testing alongside Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis and treatments, homeopathy, herbal medicines, Bioenergetics, craniosacral therapy and other body work techniques, marrying them into a system of health care that prioritizes the individual and takes advantage of the best of both worlds.

I hope to encourage people to make positive life changes, cultivating positive change in their home and with others. I love to ask the right questions to get you thinking more deeply and holistically about your health, bringing awareness and understanding to the interconnectedness of all things within us.

DO NOT smother/burn/stress the tick, it will cause the tick to regurgitate its stomach contents, significantly increasing the risk of transmitting infection. 🎥 Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (or Thermography) - is a non-invasive, no-radiation, FDA-approved test that uses an infrared camera to measure the temperature at every point of the body, generating thermal maps of temperature variations.

Thermography can identify areas of inflammation (heat), neovascular (new blood vessels) and neurological (nervous system) phenomena even before you’re experiencing symptoms!

At the forefront of preventative medicine, I’m super excited to be bringing this service to the Grey-Bruce area!

From full body scans to isolated breast exams, thermography can identify problem areas early, informing treatment options and preventative strategies as well as follow up imaging to assess progress and response to treatment.
