Judy graduated in 2006 from Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in Toronto and went on to practice in multi-disciplinary clinics in the Toronto area. Her special interests include headaches and TMJ dysfunction, pregnancy and postnatal massage, addictions and mental health, and the mind-body connection in stress reduction and healing. As a former social worker serving women and families, Judy understands the importance of a healthy therapeutic relationship to the healing process and will work along with you to help you meet your health care goals. Judy has pursued further training in intraoral massage for TMJ, Dermoneuromodulation, Manual Lymph Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Soft Tissue Release. Judy utilizes gentle Swedish and Craniosacral techniques, as well as deep tissue massage to improve circulation, release muscular and fascial tension, improve posture and flexibility, and facilitate relaxation. In her spare time, Judy enjoys singing, camping, canoeing, and yoga. She has been making her home on Wolfe Island for the past eleven years with her family. Judy is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapy Association of Ontario (RMTAO). She also has a Master of Social Work degree from University of Toronto.
