- countrystyle pâté (half lamb, half pork)🐑🐖
- Jingle Bell spices are back for the Christmas season 🎄🎄🎄garlic scape, lemon peel, 4 peppers. Perfect for your gravlax, salmon, chicken and turkey.
- berries syrup fir dessert, toping, and cocktail : blackcurrant, pear, redcurrant 🍧🍷🍸
-jam : melon and fig for your icecream, gooseberry and many else 🥯🥞

Gift baskets range from $35 to $100.

Today, I gave a presentation about our orchard to the Year 6 students at Rose des Vents School in Cornwall as part of their BEI project.
It involved explaining the principles of a permaculture orchard, how we designed and planted ours, how we manage water, the human-plant-animal cycle, and so on. We are very happy to be able to pass on knowledge for sustainable and life-respecting agriculture to the next generation.

Aujourd'hui, j'ai fait une présentation sur notre verger aux élèves de 6e année de l'école primaire Rose des Vents de Cornwall dans le cadre de leur projet BEI.
Cela consistait à expliquer les principes d'un verger en permaculture, comment nous avons dessiné et planté le nôtre, comment nous gérons l'eau, le cycle humain-végétal-animal etc. Nous sommes très heureux de pouvoir transmettre aux nouvelles générations des connaissances pour une agriculture durable et respectueuse de la vie.👩‍🎓👩‍🎓👩‍🎓👨‍🎓👨‍🎓👩‍🎓👩‍🎓👨‍🎓👨‍🎓👨‍🎓🧑‍🎓👩‍🎓👩‍🎓👩‍🎓👨‍🏫👨‍🏫👩‍🏫

The orchard is closed for the winter. The sheeps are comfortably settled in the sheepfold. Just in time. The snow is arrived. And they don't want to go outside when it look like a windy storm. In the same time, Flocon gave birth twin. There is lot of people in the barrack.

Le Verger est fermé pour la saison et les moutons sont confortablement installés dans la bergerie d'hiver. Juste à temps. La neige est arrivée le lendemain et kes moutons ne voulaient pas mettrre le nez dehors, ttop de vent. En même temps, Flocon a donné naissance de jumeaux. Y a du monde dans la cabane.
