Heidi Scott, Registered Massage Therapist

Heidi Scott, Registered Massage Therapist Providing hands-on massage therapy and therapeutic exercise to help you feel relaxed, restored, and stronger. Massage and exercise can help.

Does pain or restricted movement keep you from living the life you want? Injuries, too often, take up permanent residence in our bodies. Massage is a gentle therapy that can relieve pain and in combination with exercise can help heal certain conditions and prevent their return. I have successfully helped many people get back to living their lives pain free, or help them to manage their pain. My approach to healing is simply, hands on massage techniques to improve the flexibility of your muscles, tendons, and joints; improve overall circulation; relax your mind; and create stretching and/or strengthening programs specific to your individual needs and goals.
