I have successfully helped many people get back to living their lives pain free, or help them to manage their pain. My a

pproach to healing is simply, hands on massage techniques to improve the flexibility of your muscles, tendons, and joints; improve overall circulation; relax your mind; and create stretching and/or strengthening programs specific to your individual needs and goals.
