Led by Heidi Scott, RMT, Algonquin Fitness & Massage Therapy Centre offers hands-on care and tailored therapeutic exercise for clients seeking relief, restoration, and long-term wellness. Our RMT's can bill to health insurance plans, WSIB, MVA, Blue Cross.

We've been keeping a secret and we are finally allowed to share the great news! The Rural Community Kitchen Program is coming back!

After a one year hiatus, this much-loved program that ran from 2023 - 2025 has been funded for an additional two years through the Ontario Trillium Foundation's 'Grow' Grant and we are super excited to hit the road in the coming months to bring Community Kitchens back across Almaguin!

This 'Grow' Grant is also going to allow us to run an additional, volunteer driven, program that will allow us to prepare ready-to-eat meals to be delivered monthly to area food banks to help combat food insecurity across the region

Exciting changes are happening. Gym124 is expanding to use more space in the building and Heidi Scott, Registered Massage Therapist will still be providing massage therapy services. A new massage room is currently being renovated. Stay tuned.
