We’re here to simplify the process, offer trusted guidance, and walk beside you every step of the way.
Our journey began at a retirement residence called Concord, where both Jenn and I once worked. I eventually moved on, but Jenn stayed—until one day, the community suddenly announced it was closing. Dozens of seniors were given just 3 months to find somewhere new to live. Many didn’t know where to begin, and some had family living far away.
Jenn took it upon herself to help every resident tour new communities, make pros and cons lists, and find a new place to call home. That experience was life-changing for her.
At the same time, I was working in other communities, helping new residents settle in—and I saw just how overwhelmed families were by the time move-in day came. I had also supported my own loved ones through similar transitions and knew firsthand how stressful and confusing the process could be.
Together, we realized: there needs to be a service that does just this.
And that’s how our business was born.
