💫VAYU MUDRA - HOW TO PRACTICE

🌸Sit comfortably in a calm and relaxed position.

🪻Fold the index finger and bring its tip to the base of the thumb.

🌺Press gently with the thumb to hold the index finger in place.

🌹Keep the middle, ring, and little fingers straight.

🌷Rest your hands on your knees, palms facing upward.

🌻Breathe naturally and hold the mudra for 15-30 minutes.

👍Can be practiced anytime, preferably on an empty stomach or during meditation

I have to say some of these are hard with pain in my hands, but I’ll give them a go for as long as I can. 🙏

🌹🧘‍♀️🌹How to do Rudra Mudra step by step:-

1. Sit comfortably, spine straight.
2. Touch thumb + index + ring finger together.
3. Keep middle & little finger straight.
4. Place hands on knees, palms up.
5. Breathe calmly for 10–20 minutes (morning best).

Surrender to the universe. That which you desire, will arrive in divine timing. 💫
