Most people spend their whole lives chasing happiness — believing it’s something they’ll find once everything finally “falls into place.”
The perfect job, the perfect partner, the perfect home.
But that chase never ends. Because once you get what you want, your mind immediately craves the next thing.

Let me share a story —

There was once a young man who spent years saving money to buy his dream car. When he finally got it, he was ecstatic. For a week. Then one day, while driving, he saw someone else with a newer model. Instantly, his joy faded, and dissatisfaction crept in again.
He didn’t realize that his happiness was never in the car — it was in the moment he allowed himself to be grateful.

Happiness isn’t about getting everything you want or controlling every outcome.
It’s about the quiet freedom that comes when you stop craving and start appreciating.
When you embrace change rather than fear it.
When you stop asking, “What’s next?” and start saying, “This is enough.”

As the Buddha taught —

> “Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without.”

True happiness is not found in what you own —
