A little About Myself.
I have been a Migraine Sufferer for 40+ years.
Finding ways to fight the pain I have taken Massage courses and asked professionals what techniques they recommend.
As well as trying medical treatment options such as Botox, Acupuncture and Chiropractors.
The things I have tried are endless, but the one thing that helps me on those really hard days are a good deep scalp massage that helps pinpoint the problem areas. After getting a scalp massage like this, I am able to crawl into bed and just relax and breathe.
Knowing the lessons I have learned in my life time can help others with their pain brings me joy.
