Meet Zinah, owner of Soul-Alliance Psychological Services.
Hello there! I am a Registered Psychologist with a master’s degree in counselling psychology from the City University of Seattle in Calgary, Alberta. I am licensed in Alberta and Ontario. I have been in the field of human services since 2011. I also have a previous master’s degree in public relations.
My areas of clinical expertise include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, parenting, emotional regulation, anger management, postpartum depression, self-esteem, body image, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship issues, couples and family conflicts, and separation or divorce.

I provide services in English and Arabic to adults, youth (+11), couples, and families. I am also trained in various psychological modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive-behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Attachment-based model, and others.
