Through a unique combination of healing services and mind and body products my holistic day spa is devoted to providing holistic methods of massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, paraffin therapy, hair removal, aesthetics, facials, natural and organic skin care, hair care, make-up, polish and spa accessories.

Spring is in the air. I saw my 1st robin today and that always ignites excitement in my soul. The spa continues to be in full swing, we no longer have a low or slow time. Currently we are booking well into April. I am blessed to have such loyal clients. Its been a long cold winter so get excited because toes will soon be out!

Hi all. And Happy 2026. Its been a great start to the new year. We are super busy and super blessed with a large clientele base. My social media presence isn't huge so unlike many businesses I don't post a lot on here. I did want to let everyone know that if you are looking at my spa or choosing Sparta as your destination, we are currently booking 8 weeks out. At this time I am not accepting any new reflexology clients. I have 100+ regulars whom I love for their ongoing monthly support. We are like a family! Thursday, 15 Jan. 2026.

For the 1st time in 16 years I had every single client cancel their spa appointments today. I am relaxed knowing that all my clients are safe off the roads and staying warm in their homes. As will I now.

Tues. Dec. 23rd 9-5
Wed. Dec. 24th 9-3
Thurs. Dec. 25th closed

The Spa will be closed on Christmas Day and will reopen Tuesday, January 6th 2026.

A gentle reminder that December is our busiest month of the year. Our schedule has been booked in advance for months. Our days are longer and heavier so please be understanding if we can not accommodate your requests. You may be placed on a cancellation list. Regarding gift cards; please call ahead and make arrangements for pickup if possible. Constant daily interruptions put our scheduled clients behind. We close Dec 24th at 3pm. October is a month that represents abundance and thanksgiving. We all need to be grateful for what we have and give thanks for it. Your health is wealth! Without it we can't live to our full potential. So this is a reminder to take care of your physical and mental needs. Selfcare is important. Go for long walks in the leaves, sit in the sun for 20 minutes, drink fluids even on the cooler days and embrace the change of season. I love October. I am so thankful for my clients who continually support my small business. Many of you have become like family. So I am grateful for You and thankful for Your love and support. 🍂 🍁💞

Spring fever is a real syndrome. When the temperature rises during the warm spell after a long winter, there is a dilation of the blood vessels so blood can be carried to the body surface where heat can be lost quickly. People experience an energetic feeling when this happens. Just as the sun is a source of energy, We are also a force of energy so we need the sunlight. Happy 1st day of Spring 🐦🌞🐞🌷🌦
