Through a unique combination of healing services and mind and body products my holistic day spa is devoted to providing holistic methods of massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, paraffin therapy, hair removal, aesthetics, facials, natural and organic skin care, hair care, make-up, polish and spa accessories.

Spring fever is a real syndrome. When the temperature rises during the warm spell after a long winter, there is a dilation of the blood vessels so blood can be carried to the body surface where heat can be lost quickly. People experience an energetic feeling when this happens. Just as the sun is a source of energy, We are also a force of energy so we need the sunlight. Happy 1st day of Spring 🐦🌞🐞🌷🌦

Happy Sunday everyone. I hope you're all staying healthy mentally and physically. I'm making some healthy changes in my own personal life as a business owner to create a healthier, happier body, mind and soul. Moving forward in 2025 I will be responding to business inquiries and bookings within business hours. I will no longer be moving appts and booking new ones after working hours. I need time away from my phone and business when home with family. So please, do not worry if I do not respond immediately to a text or email outside of spa hours. I will take care of all business matters from 8am to 6pm Tuesdays thru Saturdays. Thank you for understanding. I'm excited to be at my best serving and pampering you this year. Cheers!

Happy New Year! I want to thank everyone for their support in 2024. It was an incredible year together. Moving into 2025 my 16th year in business, I will be making some small but needed changes. My clientele has grown over the years yet I've kept my business small and intimate. In the past 4 years retail, shipping costs, wages, overhead expense, and supplies have skyrocketed. I have not! In the past 15 years of business, I've increased my service prices 2x by a $5 increase. To operate and sustain my business I need to make some healthy changes. Financially, physically and mentally. I will eventually phase out most retail, there will be price increases on services and I will not overbook myself to exhaustion. Reflexology side note: I've been advised by O.C.R. with my annual membership renewal, that to continue to stay on their (good standing referral list) I need to increase my reflexology price. I was advised that a NEW student just certified out of school charges $65 (no experience). A 10 year (experienced reflexologist) charges $90. I charge $50, with 16 years experience. Registerd and Certified since 2009. I am the best at what I do!! So please, understand that this is business, my livelihood and my expertise you are paying for. If these changes are uncomfortable or upsetting, please I encourage to make inquiries, seek other spas and do your own research. I am on average about $15 - $20 less in pricing. So please do not take this personal. I am strictly wanting to keep doing what I love and to be paid what I am worth! Every year I take all my Christmas cards, read them 1 last time, lay them out and make a collage out of them. I then take a photo before discarding them so I can look back and see them for each year. This was 2024s cards.Thank you to everyone who gave me a card and wrote some very beautiful messages inside. May you have a blessed, healthy 2025!

Hello all. I hope you've been enjoying this incredible fall weather. I wanted to inform you that we will NOT be hosting our annual Christmas Spa Open House this year. HOWEVER, I do encourage you to still inquire about Inspired Art by Ashley and shop her custom signs. And, in the month of December with each spa gift certificate purchased you'll receive a complimentary 3pk lindor chocolate. For gift certificates purchased with a value of over $50, your name will go into a free draw for a spa gift basket filled with spa products and a gift card as a thank you for your support. Hi everyone, I hope you've all had a marvelous, healthy summer so far 🏖 Just a friendly notification here; the spa is currently booking appointments weeks out into October. 🍂If there is a reason you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we can not guarantee to rebook that lost time. 📅 We've grown considerably over the years with loyal clients who many have booked their monthly and bi-weekly appointments a year in advance. We always have a big cancelation list also. Right now the week before Christmas is almost booked up. 😲 It's exciting being busy and we love the commitment and loyalty of our regulars.💞 Please do not be upset if we can not accommodate your requests. We are only a staff of 2 and we can only do so many services in a day. Years ago I could take clients in the week of or within 2 weeks. Now we are booking about 6 to 8 weeks out. So please plan ahead if you can and again I am very sorry if I can't accommodate your request.😏 It's a blessing how busy we are but upsetting for those who can't get in. I can not thank my sister-in-law Ashley Cauchi enough for this beautiful memory bench she made for me "in loving memory of my dear, sweet friend Verne Sim". A client who became a friend, who became my family. His bench is in the spa to be enjoyed and admired. You just never know when someone walks thru your door and takes a seat, how that person could impact the rest of your life. ♥️
