Energy Healing Session - what is it?

I'll scan your aura (your energetic protection field) for any intrusions and remove them. Then I will cleanse, balance and rejuvinate your chakras. Meanwhile, crystals are on you supporting your healing. To finish the session, I will deliver the healing frequency your body needs to heal.

Each session is approximately an hour and is $ 65.

I thought I'd share my weekly card pulls - Dragon Oracle, Avalon Oracle, Fairy Blessing and 3 card Tarot spread.

I ground myself by imagining roots growing from my feet down deep into the earth. I also ask my Guides to adjust my frequency to grounded but not stuck.

I then say a prayer of protection as I'll be working with Spirit while I draw my cards.

I respectfully request some Dragon wisdom before I pull my card and always thank them afterwards.

Same with my Avalon Oracle pull.

I ask my Fairy kin for a blessing before I pull the card and thank them afterwards.

I ask Spirit what I need to Stop, Start and Continue (inspired by the Glasgow Witch) as I pull my Tarot cards. I thank them.

I'm working on making this a daily practice but am happy it's weekly for now.
