If you only had sixty seconds of life left to live, would you change anything? Regrets? Should have done betters? Wishing you had more time?
There is no better time than the time we have right now.
Sixty seconds is all it takes for life to be different, for things to change and for us to decide how we choose to live.
We don't know when the last sixty seconds may be.
Be present.
Be grounded.
Be grateful.
Grateful for what has been, for what is and what could be.
Move with aligned intention, act out of love and pray to the divine for the beauty that it holds.
Surrender the need for control and any resistance within.
Move with the flow of life.
Be responsible for the now.

I always clear my own energy as well as the energy in the room before and after every client. I also set the intention that this room is a space for healing. Where clients can release, re-centre and reconnect with themselves and the divine.

And so this sign is a reminder, to let go of what no longer serves us and surrender to what lies ahead.
