I do a special Summer Yoga Session! The classes are 75 minutes instead of 90 minutes because everyone wants shorter classes in the summer! There are 40 live classes in 12 weeks. You can join me online live or you can do the recording of the class when you want. The classes llne up to what is happening energetically and they draw on all the aspects of yoga, including philosophy. They help you to understand yourself better and build your awareness. Yoga for me is a way of life, not only a practice and every class reflects that. Hope you can join me this summer for some good times. I will be teaching a few pop up classes as well as a bonus this session. Just for fun :) After 20 plus years I still love teaching every single class. Can't wait to see you in class this summer!
