Welcome to That Yoga Place! Our warm, inviting studio is a great place for all levels of practitioners of yoga. Whether you are brand new or looking to challenge your practice, you can choose between candlelight yin yoga, hot flow, strengthening classes such as yoga for strength and yoga core, or a warm gentle class. We provide lots of options so that everyone can practice yoga and enjoy the benefits a regular yoga practice can bring. That Yoga Place also offers workshops on everything from yoga anatomy to how to approach inversions to different techniques to help you deepen your practice. These are offered by in-house teachers as well as teachers from the area and beyond and are bound to bring a new twist and inspiration to your yoga practice. If you have never been on a yoga retreat, now is the time! Keep watch for our upcoming retreats where you can journey away and immerse yourself in your practice, with lots of free time and new adventures to keep you vitalized, energized and grounded. You won't want to miss this experience! Lastly, yoga teacher training is a great way to deepen your understanding of yoga and the learn the postures intimately as well as how to teach yoga to others. People come to yoga from many different corners of themselves and so this training aims to support each person as they grow their understanding of their yoga practice. With a focus on learning to teach safely, on deepening one's own practice and learning meditation and pranayama (breath control techniques), as well as turning inward, this program covers all the bases and gives you the tools to take the next step forward...whatever that step may be.
