After a very long day yesterday myself and Andrew sale are pleased to welcome the missing link in our family. Our little boy will join big brothers Alfie and Arthur at home soon. Photo and name reveal to follow, mum and baby are just recovering a little bit first. However kudos to my ob and the medical team at the Alex both in labour and delivery, NICU and post partum

The city of Edmonton is making mask mandatory again inside which means treatments and massages will be masked hopefully together we can bend the curve. Masks will be needed from tomorrow onwards till further notice
