Big Changes are Coming!
To my wonderful clients and friends, thank you for supporting my small business for the last four years. Your support has meant the world to me.

February will be a month of big moves and busy transitions. I will be operating out of 46 Hartwick Manor until February 26th. After that, I’ll be officially moving to our new home!

I’ll need just a few days in early March to get everything perfect for you. Stay tuned—I will post my March booking schedule as soon as I’m settled. Can’t wait to see you there!

Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder occurs with excessive teeth grinding or clenching, jaw injury, stress, and head or neck tension.

Common symptoms include pain and tenderness, clicking or popping, or trouble opening and closing the mouth.

TMJ massage works the muscles around the temporomandibular joint to help relieve tension. It can include work on both the outside and inside of the mouth (with gloves), as well as the surrounding muscles on the upper back, shoulders, chest, and neck.

If you experience TMJ pain or discomfort, consult your dentist or doctor for the best treatment plan.
