This is one of my favourite treats I slice up my strawberries or use frozen. Whatever I have and honestly, you can use any fruit. I did blueberries the other day Then I thaw out my cherries and squish them so all the juice comes out thats when I sprinkle my chocolate good protein all over it. It is the best dessert ever. Tammy started this she was putting the protein on her apples. It’s such a nice healthy treat. You really can’t feel guilty eating it.🍏🍑🥳🤩🤪🍓🍎🍒🍍🍌

Here we have a little snippet of what LIVE blood looks like.

Shayna has lots of good looking healthy cells that are round with a concave center. The skin of the red blood cells are made up of a lipid bilayer, that’s what gives them their nice round shape.
She also has a little chondrit it kind of looks like a little worm 🐛 and it seems like it wants to pe*****te one of her cells. 🤯
This is just ONE of the unique things you will see happening in your blood.

I love Facebook memories!!!
This was Randy and I 10 YEARS AGO😜 he’s being silly trying to be short like me and here I am on my tippy toes. 🤣 We were at the Tri leisure for the trade show Back in 2016.
I think we make a pretty GREAT TEAM, He’s kept me around for almost 18 years so I can’t be driving him to CrAZy.!
He’s watched Shayna grow up and now it’s his turn, I get to watch his daughter grow up to be a beautiful young lady ❤️ but sheesh… give her another year and she’ll be taller than me! lol 😫😂 seriously where does the time go?? ❤️
