Today we celebrate the freedom to chase our dreams, pursue success and live in a world where we can !
This has been a huge month for me as I have moved into a brick and mortar location and continue my journey to help people implement and maintain healthy exercise and nutrition habits for improved physical and mental health. I am proud to be a woman in business and to have the opportunity to grow and carve my own path to success.
Happy International Women’s Day! May women everywhere be empowered to embrace their uniqueness, celebrate their achievements, and inspire others.

How does reading the phrase ‘Happy Monday’ make you feel?
Do you roll your eyes? Do you think “ I can’t wait till Friday”…. Or do you think “ I’m going to make this the best week ever!”
We definitely can’t expect to head into every Monday with nothing but positive vibes, but what can you do to set yourself up for success next weekend if today you are feeling less than awesome?
This weekend I worked with clients, went to therapy, worked out, took my son to the trampoline park with friends, got a pedicure, had a lovely massage from Bloom Physiotherapy, lovingly cleaned my space and meal prepped. And honestly, today, feels awesome!
I am a firm believer, and never looking back at our choices with guilt, shame or regret. Rather, reflect and look at your choices with curiosity and be introspective about how you can make different choices next time to help ensure your future self is feeling amazing 🥰

Happy Monday!
How are you feeling today? Do you feel energized and ready for a new week, or are you still dragging your butt from weekend?
If it’s the latter, what changes can you make this week to ensure you feel better next Monday?
Get out your pen and paper (I keep my journaling old school) and make a plan for this week. How are you intentionally going to move your body, how will you fuel that movement, how can you hydrate and give your body enough rest? And more importantly, write down your WHY.
Write out which day looks like, even the weekend. Perhaps you have a little indulgence, but try to change your mindset to treating your body well is a reward in itself.

Your workouts (gym or home), nutrition plan, lifestyle changes etc are all delivered on my easy to use app! With my monthly subscription, we have an initial 30 minute discovery call which we base your custom health plan on. We meet virtually each week for a check in to see what went well, what didn’t go so well and we set you up for success the following week!
So it’s exactly that… a personal health accountability program. I am passionate about helping my clients succeed!
Choosing online coaching over 1-1 training has some great benefits:

- clients who travel frequently can stay on track when you can’t commit to 1-1 sessions

Making yourself a priority is hard. It’s so much easier to chase things that make you feel good instantly— your favourite treat, scrolling, Netflix, a glass of wine, a beer in the garage.
BUT your need for instant gratification becomes less and less when you train your mind and body to acknowledge that it can do hard things and that the instant gratification is short lived and leaves you feeling worse in the end.
Strength training builds a strong resilient mind and body. I certainly would not have been able to move through the difficult times in my life without knowing that I can do hard things— which I learned in the gym 💜

Change is possible! It’s unbelievably scary, but it’s definitely possible.
Growth happens when we identify something about our life that just isn’t working for us anymore and we decide to change it. We might not necessarily know how, but we decide it’s happening.
My goal is to create a safe space for my clients to grow. Safe— both physically and emotionally. Starting a fitness and nutrition program is scary, what’s even more scary is making the commitment to yourself that you’re going to change.
I love helping clients see what they are capable of and being their positive cheerleader that keeps them going. We focus on what you’re doing right and look at what needs to change with curiosity rather than shame or guilt.
