When I had my first event with Bear Hills - and now more than ever my heart is so full in announcing my third show. These words are still so true and meaningful: When I think of my business over the last several years; one of the proudest accomplishments that comes to mind is My relationship with the Indigenous Community. Over the last several years I have been able to form such a meaningful, impactful, knowledgeable and special relationship with members of many bands and nations throughout Alberta. My heart is humbled, honoured and grateful that they have welcomed Myself and my gift into their lives.

🦶🏼✨ I am thankful and excited to share that both sale days have sold out for one on one appointments on June 3 and 4th; but due to popular demand - ionic foot cleanse will be available on both days. Unwind and be selfish for 30 minutes to detox your body in a relaxing, informative and truly unique experience.

These will be located in office [inside Citrine wellness collective] in Spruce Grove, AB. Message or comment to book your appointment.

☀️ 🇯🇲 Feeling thankful and grateful this long weekend after spending a week with family in Jamaica. It’s so important to do things that fill your cup in this life. Life is simply too short.
