Wellness can be defined as a healthy balance of the mind, body, and spirit. It is up to each of us to find our wellness as it is different and unique to the individual. Stress management plays a significant role when we are trying to find our balance. Taking time for self-care is essential in our steps to our overall well-being.
I have always been my happiest while helping others because I truly care about your well-being. Some of my previous careers range from secretarial, sales representative, and Educational Assistant. Although each position was very different, one thing remained consistent among my colleagues.....stress. It wasn’t until I went back to school and became certified in Holistic Nutrition that it became evident what a negative effect stress has on our entire body. One of the courses we covered was herbology and essential oils. I love what different scents do for me. Whether it be lavender & rose geranium with chamomile to calm and relax, peppermint to ease a headache, or a special blend that triggers a treasured memory, they bring happiness to my soul.
I wanted to create a product that would give you a little piece of happiness while assisting you with your self-care and well being. Each eye pillow is filled with flax seeds to contour around your eyes to add a gentle pressure while blocking out the light. The scented varieties also include those lovely herbs, essential oils, love, and intention that brings me so much happiness.
