Sacred Roots 2025, I had the honour of facilitating a full tipi for sharing of Sacred Keys ✨ 🔑 and it was a GORGEOUS weekend with open hearts, journeys, soundbaths, live music, pools, sauna, incredible food and dancing under the full moon. My heart is FULL.

20 years as a Physical Therapist!!

20 years ago I nervously saw my first client (with a cheat sheet tucked in my clipboard, dress shoes, dress pants and a blouse to look the part 😂) and dove headfirst into my career path.
Little did I know how much I would learn, the remarkable connections made with clients, and the path to discover my gifts. ✨
I know I am deeply blessed to truly LOVE what I do, and to feel my “work” is inspiring to me and significant to others. 💗
To all those who have supported me and all those who have trusted me to support them… heartfelt gratitude and love sent your way! I wouldn’t be here today without you. 💗💗🥰🥰 ✨✨
