💪This class features a mix of different workout styles aimed at enhancing strength, cardio, and flexibility, all adaptable to any fitness level. Join us as you are, move at your own pace, and leave feeling stronger, happier, and more energized.

Step into a soft, glowing space where your body will find the deep rest it has been craving. This class will invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. In this class, we will be holding poses for 2-5 minutes and targeting the deep connective tissues. This class promotes flexibility, joint mobility, and emotional balance.
