Our bodies are made up of energy pathways known as meridians, which connect our organs and allow life force energy (chi) to flow. These pathways surface at hundreds of specific points and are closely tied to the elements in classical Chinese medicine.

🕯Step into a soft, glowing space where your body will find the deep rest it has been craving.🕯

🧘‍♀️This class will invite you to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself. In this class, we will be holding poses for 2-5 minutes and targeting the deep connective tissues. This class promotes flexibility, joint mobility, and emotional balance.
