Think of the first time you decided to diet (and be honest)... how old were you? Have you been happy with your weight since then or have you seen plastered bu****it everywhere telling you how to lose 10 lbs, 20 lbs, etc. Now let me say we are not meant to always be dieting - in fact it's not healthy for you to be constantly restricting or eating in a deficit - your body can only go so low in calories... That's why you'll often see (in good programs anyways, maintenance phases, increased phases, etc). If we constantly restrict, we are fueling the restrict-binge cycle... and it's a nasty one. What if instead you learned how to meet your bodys needs, included your fave foods, and had a sustainable way of eating? There's so much nonsense out there and it's literally everywhere. Don't trust Becky from accounting on what to do for weightloss. Don't trust bossbabe Sheila who has no qualifications to be talking to you about your health. Don't read headlines and assume you need to eat a certain way because Dr Oz or the Medical Medium said so. There's noise everywhere. (Sorry Becky and Sheila, but not sorry Dr Oz or Medical Medium)

🍎Now, IF you ARE eating in a deficit for weightloss (fat loss) then a little hunger may be experienced but this should never be unmanagaeable, uncomfortable, or lasting. I'm definitely a fan of "I get to eat all of this?!" than of the "I'm staaarving" - just ask any of my clients 🀣
🫐IF you are on a weightloss program consider adding in volume foods and checking your hydration levels. BUT all in all.... if you're hungry, YOU LIKELY NEED FOOD.
πŸ₯¨Oh and p.s. any non-sense that you see marketed for appetite supressants, fat burners, weightloss, etc is just that... non-sense (or just caffeine, fiber, contain buzzwords, and non-proven (or plain nonsense) ingredients that likely have zero evidence to support their claims. There is NO secret pill/product)
