Tuesday at 11am - Hatha Glow
Wednesday 5:30pm - Hatha Glow

Hatha is a slower paced Yoga practice that skips the Chatarunga/vinyasa in between sides. We focus on Building Stability & Balance and Grace.
Lots of Breath & Pranayama to be in the Here a Now.
Hatha Yoga like all Yoga helps us to regulate our nervous system by working through challenges and yet using our breath to calm and find Peace.

Hippy Flow at Pulse is a Class that focuses on The Hips mainly..Stability, mobility, balance and Release..
Its a Hatha Yoga class, well rounded..
This is a great Class and super great for releasing tension from those areas.
