Have you ever thought about which is best Yoga for you and when to practice it?

I am more of a Chill out Yoga Teacher, my focus is more late afternoon and evenings..Those times help me to reduce stress to transition into a sleep without that busy mind business..😊
In the morning I like a meditation and Yin infused or Yin Class, late morning I like a Warm flow or Hatha to give me energy..

It's all about You and how you feel daily and what your body may be needing.

Tonight I teach Flow into Stillness at 7pm at That Yoga Place
My version is a Gentle Hatha flow, a little deep stretch and Restorative to Still the mind and let the muscles relax..
