SUNDAY Rest & Restore
Restorative Yoga at Pulse Yoga & First Aid Training | 7:00 pm
One hour to do nothing but rest…
and let every muscle relax & release
Candlelit. Blankets. Bolsters. Eye pillows.
Gentle, supported shapes that let your body finally exhale.
No effort. No stretch. Just deep, quiet surrender — exactly what mid-winter is asking for.
If your nervous system is tired…
if your shoulders are carrying too much…
if you just want to lie down and be okay as you are…
this is your space.
Come as you are

See you in the soft glow tomorrow 💙🕯️

Mid-winter… the deepest hush of the Water Element.
Snow blankets everything.
The world slows.
The Kidneys quietly gather strength — like roots drinking from hidden springs beneath the ice.
This is not a time to push or rush toward spring.
It is a time to rest in the still waters…
to let the body soften into what is already here…
to breathe low and slow, trusting that the light is turning even when we can’t yet see it.
Come to Yin & Restorative this weekend at Pulse Yoga.
Long, supported holds. Candlelit quiet.
Friday 6:30 pm – Yin Unwind
Sunday 7:00 pm – Restorative Glow
Just show up as you are

The light is already on its way.
💙❄️🪷
See you in the stillness.

Monday Yin — The Reset You Didn’t Know You Needed

Mondays usually start fast… alarms, schedules, responsibilities.
But what if instead of rushing, you reset your nervous system first?

Yin Yoga gives your body a chance to slow down, release deep tension, and reset after the weekend — physically and mentally.

Long, supported holds help:
• Reduce stress and cortisol
• Improve mobility and joint health
• Calm the mind and improve focus
• Set a grounded tone for the entire week

When you start your week from a place of calm instead of chaos, everything flows better.

Tonight’s reminder:
You don’t always need more intensity… sometimes you need more stillness.

Monday Yin — come breathe, stretch, and reset.
