Video 1: Immediately post–Nano Spicule Regeneration Facial, you can see mild redness and the typical prickling sensation on the skin.
Video 2: At the 5-hour mark, redness has noticeably subsided and the prickling sensation has reduced.

Most people feel that prickly sensation for 24–48 hours after the facial — mine disappeared completely within the first 24 hours.

That prickly feeling lasts because those tiny spicules are still doing their work from the inside the skin. They act as super-fine micro-needles that stay in the skin for a day or two, gently stimulating renewal from the inside out. As your skin naturally pushes them out, you’ll feel that light prickly sensation — totally normal and part of the process.

Welcome Karen MacDonald!!

Karen completed her massage practitioner certification in 2004 and has been practising massage for over two decades. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of settings, from luxury spas and heli-ski resorts to sports environments helping clients recover, relax, and perform at their best.
As a lifelong athlete, Karen has a deep understanding of the human body. She competed as a national team gymnast and national team freestyle skier in aerials, and worked as an acrobat and stunt performer in film and live shows. This extensive athletic background gives her a unique perspective on movement, recovery, and performance, which she brings into every treatment.
