We are a Laser and Vein care centre based in Squamish, BC. We focus on a clinical approach to non-invasive laser treatments, specifically in the areas of hair removal, vein treatments, pigmentation and scar reduction, skin tightening and other laser based treatments for a variety of conditions. Lezara is an independent facility that operates out of the Diamond Head Medical Clinic.

Skin trends aren’t one-size-fits-all and not every hack belongs in your routine. 👇

Let’s break down what’s helpful vs. what needs a little caution:

▪️ Skin Cycling – Rotating active ingredients over 4-day cycles. Great for beginners, but too rigid for some skin types.
▪️ Slugging – Sealing in moisture with occlusives. Can soothe dry or barrier-impaired skin, but may clog pores if you're acne-prone.
▪️ Skin Flooding – Layering hydration in damp skin. Nice for boosting glow, but won't treat pigment, scarring, or aging on its own.

Bottom line? Not all trends are wrong but none replace professional advice.
