A passionate massage therapist with a calm and grounding presence I am a Registered Massage therapist living in beautiful Squamish, BC.

I am a calm, grounded yet excited therapist. My treatments having been described as grounding, intentful and thorough. The techniques I mainly employ are Myofascial and stretching modalities. I love to listen and put together all the pieces to understand the issues that are being presented and form a plan to address and attain the goals of the patient. I have worked in outreach programs for people with high anxiety, depression, physical disabilities and sports related needs. Previous to massage therapy I worked with Elite athletes in mountain bike racing as a Team Road Manager, Head Mechanic and Suspension technician. This work enabled me to understand how the body and equipment (bike) move together, the stresses and strains and how the inter dynamics work. This helps me to understand patients in other sports and the injuries and issues that are presented. Outside of the clinic you will usually find me out in the forest enjoy the trails on my mountain bike or hiking during the summer and my newer passion is skiing and ski touring in the winter.
