I’ve spent the last 25 years as an Occupational Therapist and more than 5 years as an Acupuncturist. That gives me a unique perspective on helping people, and my big mission is promoting holistic care for a balanced life. Allow expansion, coherence & grounding!

Having lived in our gorgeous Sea to Sky corridor for over 16years, I’m dedicated to offering genuinely customized, client-centred care right here in our community.

My approach is a blend of different modalities, including acupuncture, cupping, Tui Na massage, Gua Sha, facial relaxation, jaw release, community events including acupuncture, sound bath, breathwork & meditation. We’ll work together to find the perfect mix for your long-term wellness goals.
