Was amazing to connect with old colleagues from Squamish and Whistler colleagues Really awesome connection with two former Athletic Therapy Grads Each of us awarded the privilege to intern with during our studies in 2007, 2012, 2017. Just an awesome day!!

We’ve completed another successful round of the Mountain Strong Program! Thanks to the 15 awesome participants this year. Unfortunately we only squeezed about half of you in for a final evening photo. To each of you, a million thanks for giving such epic efforts each week and for sharing this passion with me. Can’t wait to hear of your ski adventures in weeks and months to come. Hoping you are all feeling strong and ready. Thank you to for collaborating with me for the grand prize draw…a 1 day exclusive ski day with myself and . Congratulations to Ilva! Happy skiing friends!

An old friend messaged me this week and reminded me that it was “Latte Season”. This is a term I came up with during my 20’s to define the cool and beautiful months of fall that sat patiently between an arduous summer of planting trees and the impending winter of charging around WB on skis. These fall days were a time for introspection, relaxation, preparation and of course, Lattes. Today reminded me of those days. And that snow line has me anxiously awaiting the first chair ride.
