After over 3 years at Constellation Wellness, it has come time for me to move my practice into my home! As of July 2nd, 2025, I will no longer be at Constellation and you can come see me in Brackendale!
All booking is as normal, all shifts and files will be moved over on June 25. Thank you for all the love and support and I can’t wait to have you in my home 💜

After I did my cacao dieta in January with , I was hooked. I always thought I wanted to study herbalism, turns out I need plants to be a part of my energetic field for periods of time. (If you want to know what happened during the dieta check out the blog on my website). All that to say - I’ll be off social media for a few weeks while I diet with Tulsi (or holy basil!). I want to talk about ☠️. This is the time of year when the mushrooms take over and start composting. Which is beautiful and cyclical and so important for the ecosystem. I personally am going through a ☠️/rebirth cycle and know this process so intimately. I really feel like I’m being asked to step up in my practice, in my practices, in my relationships and in my home. Because this is how we evolve - we move out of one version, with gratitude, and move on. There is always grief. Always. And that’s where I am. I am lighting a candle for myself, for the old version of me, and allowing the grief to come.

It has been a WHILE. ha! You’ll note maybe I’m not on here very much, or that I only post stories. Well, to be honest, I’m busy. And I LOVE IT. And the right people are finding me! And I’m also doing a lot of self healing. Things are very real around here and I appreciate all of you who come to this broken human to be held in your brokenness. I learn so much from all of you. I am taking quite a bit of time off this summer to be with my kids and some extended family and I can’t wait!! 📸:
