Our Story
Dr. Heather Johnston graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2006 from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Johnston’s educational achievements include a Bsc (hon) degree from Queen’s University, a Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, and is a Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner (molecular nutritionist).
Dr. Johnston encourages family chiropractic care as a method of supporting good health. Dr. Johnston has a particular interest in prenatal, paediatric and family care. She enjoys caring for children with special needs and adults suffering from chronic conditions.
In Dr. Johnston’s leisure time, she enjoys cross country skiing, long distance jogging, mountain biking and swimming. She encourages a healthy lifestyle, and tries to live by her message as well. A part of optimal health, is good spinal health. Spinal maintenance and wellness adjustments are recommended along with a healthy diet, exercise and emotional well being.
