Physiotherapist Opportunity – Cedar Rock Wellness

Cedar Rock Wellness is growing and we are looking for a motivated and community-minded Physiotherapist to join our collaborative team in Squamish, BC.
We are a locally owned multidisciplinary wellness clinic focused on helping people move well, recover fully, and stay active in the Sea to Sky lifestyle. Our team currently includes Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Personal Training, Recovery Massage, Yoga, and Open Gym services.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a clinician who:
• Enjoys working with an active and motivated population
• Is interested in building and growing a caseload within a private practice setting
• Values collaboration and community connection
• Is personable, professional, and confident building relationships with clients
• Is excited to contribute to a growing clinic culture in Squamish
Experience with IMS/dry needling, exercise prescription, return-to-sport rehabilitation, or concussion management is considered an asset but not required.
Position Details
• Contractor position
• Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling available
• Furnished treatment rooms and collaborative clinic environment
• JaneApp booking/charting system
• Administrative support and direct billing
• Marketing and community event opportunities
• Access to gym and movement space within clinic
Compensation
Compensation is commission-based and designed to support long-term growth and sustainability.
Estimated earning potential:
• Part-time (3–4 days/week): approximately CAD $70,000–$100,000+ annually
• Full-time: approximately CAD $100,000–$140,000+ annually
Initial commission split begins at 55% with opportunities for growth based on caseload development, retention, reliability, and contribution to clinic culture and community engagement.
