Grieving? In pain? Lost someone or lost your way?

when we lose a loved one or feel a separation from ourselves, it hurts just the same.

what I learned when I lost my loved ones, my dad and my cousin, followed by many more loved ones over eight years, that this was purely a catalyst to help me embrace, allow, surrender into, and learned from emotional pain trauma in my body held through family lineage and conditioning from my childhood.

as I hurt and felt continued grief and depression, I believed it was always related to my loved one and it’s taken decades to understand that they are with me, always in spirit and accessible, and that my most predominant requirement was to address my trauma wounds and change the mindset that comes along with it.

As a medium and intuitive mentor, who specializes in grief and loss transformational healing at the core level through rebirthing somatic breathwork, energy bodywork, and intuitive channelled messages (& messages from your loved ones), this is my joy to serve you and just show you a faster way beyond grief and disconnection.

What I believe…

We are all channellers and we are all intuitive and I help you move beyond the self doubt and unworthiness that tends to STOP you from shining your light, trusting the wisdom that’s coming through you to share inside your business and your life overall, and awaken your next level ability to heal trauma and suffering that is keeping you from stepping into your calling.

Imagine transcending these blocks and empowering yourself with aligned tools, courage, ability to not second-guess and heal.
