Ready to go from “I should start running…” to running your first 5K? 🏃‍♀️✨⁠

beSTRONG's 0 → 5K Run Program is back, and it’s built for busy people who want to take on a new challenge. Over 10 weeks, you'll walk, jog, and run alongside coaches who meet you where you’re at, at a progression that fits your pace, and with a community that makes the hard days feel lighter.⁠

Programs start in just over a week!⁠
📅 Mondays at 6:30pm starting April 20 in Squamish⁠
📅 Wednesdays at 6:30pm starting April 22 in Port Moody + North Vancouver⁠
🎟️ $50 + GST (with an optional strength training program on Saturdays at 8am in Port Moody, for an additional $250)⁠

Meet Coach Diana — the newest addition to our North Vancouver team! 🎉⁠
We’re so excited to welcome her on board.⁠

Diana’s approach to training is rooted in something simple: building strength that actually supports your life. What started as a personal passion for movement turned into a deeper interest in how the body adapts, gets stronger, and stays resilient over time. She’s especially focused on helping clients build a solid foundation through proper technique, progressive strength training, and habits that last.⁠

What she loves most about coaching is helping people reconnect with their bodies and realize what they’re capable of. Coach Diana knows firsthand that strength training is one of the best investments a person can make in their long-term health, mobility, and independence. 💪⁠

Whether your goal is to feel stronger day-to-day, move with less pain, or stay independent and capable as you age, Coach Diana’s got you covered. She's now taking clients at our new North Vancouver location. 💙⁠

✨ Meet Rochelle, our March Client Spotlight ✨⁠

Rochelle has been training with Coach Lisa in North Vancouver for two years, and has made some incredible gains in her strength training journey since she began.⁠

When she came to beSTRONG while pregnant with her second child, she was determined to stay strong and active during her pregnancy. ⁠

"Lisa did an excellent job of calibrating my workout program so that I felt like I was still progressing and maintaining strength during my pregnancy, but then also worked with me afterwards to make sure I met my new post-pregnancy goals," she says.⁠

Coach Lisa has also played an important part in offering support when life outside the gym gets chaotic. For Rochelle, this means strength training doesn't take a back seat.⁠

"She's helped push me through some personal and life challenges to make sure that I get my butt to the gym, and that I continue to prioritize myself."⁠
