☀️BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND: the beSTRONG x Chief Challenge! Tickets for this popular series go LIVE on Monday, May 18 at 9 am. This year, we are excited to offer 3 cohorts in North Vancouver, Squamish, and Port Moody! ⁠

Join us for a 10-week progressive hiking series designed to help you build strength, stamina, and confidence on the trails, while making new friends and connecting with nature. Whether you’re new to hiking or coming back after a break, this series is all about moving slowly, steadily, and having as much fun as possible. 🏔️⁠

Together, we’ll build toward summiting The Chief — one of BC’s most iconic hikes — by the end of the program.* (Our Port Moody cohort will work up to Sawblade Falls in Pinecone Burke Provincial Park.)🥾⁠

What to Expect:⁠

Weekly Group Hikes: Every Tuesday in Port Moody, every Wednesday in North Vancouver and Squamish, with routes that gradually increase in difficulty and elevation⁠

Community Vibes: Connect with an encouraging community of hikers through shared trail miles, conversation, and adventure⁠

WHAT A DAY 💙 Watching our crew take on the BMO Half Marathon yesterday was something special. Months of long training sessions, tough runs, and showing up when it wasn’t easy, all leading up to this.⁠
It was such a thrill to see you all smiling, pushing, and digging deep in the sunshine. We’re so proud of the beSTRONG clients and coaches who showed up and proved to themselves they could do it. We had the best time on the sidelines cheering you on, and probably being a little too loud (no regrets though 😅)⁠

This is what it’s about. The work, the support, the community, and getting to celebrate it together. Pat yourselves on the back for a great race! 🏃‍♀️🔥⁠
