Ready to go from “I should start running…” to running your first 5K? 🏃♀️✨
beSTRONG's 0 → 5K Run Program is back, and it’s built for busy people who want to take on a new challenge. Over 10 weeks, you'll walk, jog, and run alongside coaches who meet you where you’re at, at a progression that fits your pace, and with a community that makes the hard days feel lighter.
Programs start in just over a week!
📅 Mondays at 6:30pm starting April 20 in Squamish
📅 Wednesdays at 6:30pm starting April 22 in Port Moody + North Vancouver
🎟️ $50 + GST (with an optional strength training program on Saturdays at 8am in Port Moody, for an additional $250)
Whether you’ve never run before or you’re coming back after a break, this is your chance to build confidence, strength, and consistency, one step at a time.
