June 21st is our first meet in 3 years and our first with WRPF. Fired up for those competing for the first time and those showing up to get after PRs. LFG!!

15 years ago today we opened our doors to Squamish. Never would have guessed we’d be where we are now. Long miles, great people, good times, hard times, crazy experiences, amazing opportunities, so many lessons learned. On the road to 25! LFG!!

Last weekend Dawn and Wanda powered their way through the top 11 teams in the Women’s Guts and Glory, taking silver in the 2km. They were narrowly beaten by an under 24 team, and a premier Vancouver Island team earning a bronze in the premier women’s overall standings. They will represent Canada this September at the 2024 Club Crew World Championships in Italy.

Third year of the Whistler50 for Squamish Barbell. This is always such a fantastic day with fantastic people.
