There are a couple of FANTASTIC manual release workshops coming up next week with Drew Hume, of Navina.
He is here in Squamish, sharing his incredible depth of knowledge in movement and manual therapy in early May.

1) Headaches & Jaw Clenching: Manual Release Workshop
May 8 @ 6-8pm at The Yoga Studio Squamish
If you have tension headaches, headaches that follow stressful moments, or if you clench your jaw at night, this workshop will introduce techniques for rapid relief that you can later use as a strategy for long-term management.

2) Rotator Cuff Therapy: Manual Release Workshop
May 9 @ 2-4pm at Wild Life Gym
Rotator cuff “stuff” is one of the most common sources of injury or discomfort. This workshop will give you an approach to shoulder maintenance you can keep coming back to, using tools to uncover hidden zones of tension and tissue disorganization that would otherwise hold back your training gains and reduce range of motion.

3) Buttery Hips: Manual Release Workshop
May 10 @ 4-6pm at The Yoga Studio Squamish
When was the last time your hips moved freely and easily? If you’re always feeling like they could use a spray of WD40, the manual release work that I’ll guide you through over 2 hours will give you the relief you've been craving.

All of the above workshops will use a RAD roller ball as the primary tool—yours to take home afterward so you can continue to apply what you learned.
