The collective energy around this time of year is very charged. ā”ļø
There are a hundred and one reasons why the holidays can be dysregulating for any given person. All emotions ā joy, sadness, excitement, anxiety, nostalgia, even frustration ā are felt during this season.
But what I find truly beautiful is that the extremes can coexist. š
You can feel happiness and sadness at the same time, gratitude and overwhelm, love and irritation ā all of it is part of being human.
It also tends to be the time of year where we feel less than ideal: unwanted GI symptoms, brain fog, feeling like you need a million years of sleep. š“
A lot of people write off the holidays and wait until New Yearās to start fresh. But thereās actually quite a bit we can do during: from making sure you actually eat a vegetable that day, to sneaking off for a quick breath in the closet during family time.
The ability to feel two different things at the same time is wild ā itās messy, itās human, and itās okay.
I hope everyone enjoys this season and creates memories, wherever you are in your life story.
Love yāall,
Katelyn
