Summer Immersion | June 15 – August 8

This offering has been shaped through my own experience, and through witnessing what becomes possible when practice is met with rhythm, repetition, and sincerity.

Over weeks of steady Mysore practice, breath, stillness, satsanga, and quiet reflection, students are invited to return again and again to the method — gently rewiring habits, deepening attention, and becoming held by the strength of practice and community.

This immersion is for those who feel called to simplicity, commitment, and depth over the summer months.

Please read the requirements carefully before applying.

Apply by April 15th to make sure you have a spot.

Dear Sharathji, You are ever-present, on and off our mats. You planted strong seeds of discipline, understanding, and kindness, and we are deeply grateful for all that you shared. Today, and every day, you will be honored and remembered in our community and in our practice as a wise and gentle teacher — one who could joke and bring light, yet carried the responsibilities of the lineage with seriousness and unwavering dedication.

Yoga lives in the mundane. In the rhythm of our day-to-day lives.

It is less about postures and more about being.

Through movement, gaze, and breath, we access the mind and connect with ourselves.

Yoga is in how we wake up and in the thoughts we choose to nurture.

It’s the pause to listen deeply, to observe and reflect.

It’s found in moments of genuine presence— when we act with full attention and sincere intention.

Talking with a friend, sipping tea, listening to your child, sharing time with your partner.

Even in challenge, yoga asks us to respond rather than react.

Being fully present in the mundane is a jewel of deep consciousness.

The practice on the mat simply helps us remember what we already know within— simple, yet not easy.

It’s happening! I’m so happy to share our new offering — a Book Club 🤍

With ✨

We’ll gather twice a month on Monday evenings, 5–5:45 pm, to read, open conversations, and reflect together.

This space is open to everyone — members, pass holders, and new faces are all welcome. We’ll begin by exploring ancient texts that offer timeless guidance for daily life.

An online option may open if there’s enough interest, and early bird registration runs until October 20th.

If you’ve been wanting to study and connect in community, this is a beautiful place to start.

And as always, finances should never be a limitation — we offer energy exchange and other ways to participate.

Register under “Events” on our website — and help us spread the word!

On overcoming obstacles: Sadhana means committing to our spiritual goals and making time for them. Sadhya is the goal itself, sadhana is the practice that moves us toward it, and upaya is the skillful way we stay on the path. It’s about showing up, beginning, and carrying things through — discipline that turns intention into realization.
