On June 4th, Kelburn Estates Health & Wellness Retreat (1293 Kelburn Rd.) presented the first annual 'She Wore Flowers in Her Hair', an event in support of mental health awareness in honour of Jaedra Winter, who was lost to suicide in June 2015. Ticket prices included access to all activities, a free lunch graciously donated by Pony Corral, as well and a rubber wrist band! Over 100 T-shirts were s

All proceeds from the event were donated to Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba (MDAM), which offers many programs to individuals and groups aiming to increase awarenesss and understanding of mood disorders.
